These Terms and Conditions govern the use of ladrilloand.com and the request for information about the private participation program in housing projects managed by Ladrilloand S.A.S.

1. Purpose

The site offers information about the participation program in housing projects in Ecuador. Submitting the form does not constitute a contract, an investment promise or an allocation of a home.

2. Eligibility

The program is aimed at adults born between 1960 and 1985 with their domicile or habitual residence in Ecuador. Ladrilloand may request additional documentation to verify eligibility before any contracting.

3. Private nature of the program

The program is offered by Ladrilloand S.A.S., a private company registered in Ecuador. It is not a program of the Government of Ecuador, the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing (MIDUVI) or any other public entity.

4. Risks

Participation involves risks, including the possible partial or total loss of contributed capital. Distributions are subject to the progress and conditions of each project. Past results do not guarantee future results.

5. Intellectual property

All texts, images, trademarks and graphic elements on the site are the property of Ladrilloand S.A.S. or its licensors and are protected by applicable Ecuadorian and international legislation.

6. Limitation of liability

Ladrilloand is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or losses arising from site outages, typographical errors or third-party information linked from the site.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Quito, without prejudice to consumer rights.
