This Privacy Policy describes how Ladrilloand S.A.S. (hereinafter "Ladrilloand", "we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors and applicants through ladrilloand.com, in compliance with Ecuador's Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP) and other applicable international regulations.

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide in the subscription form (name and email), as well as technical data automatically generated during your visit (IP address, device identifiers, pages visited, browser language and cookie data, as described in the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to send you information about the housing participation program, respond to your requests, verify your eligibility (age 40 to 65 and residence in Ecuador), perform statistical measurement of the site, and comply with legal obligations or requests from competent authorities.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your express consent when submitting the form, the execution of pre-contractual measures, our legitimate interest in improving the site, and compliance with legal obligations applicable to Ladrilloand S.A.S.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We may share it with infrastructure, messaging and analytics providers (data processors) acting under our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires it. Any international transfer takes place with adequate safeguards under the LOPDP.

6. Retention period

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for a maximum of 24 months for statistical purposes, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time by writing to privacidad@ladrilloand.com. You have the right to file a complaint with the Superintendency for the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs and periodic reviews) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will be published on this page together with its last update date.
